PHHWV Educator Level 1

Level I educators provide a basic 10-15 min talk about the organisation.  A talk covers the history of PHHWV and briefly outlines the current work the organisation is undertaking.
These talks are aimed at people with very little or no knowledge of horses.

Examples of groups Level I educators may present to are:

  • Rotary Clubs
  • Non Horse Community Groups e.g. Primary Schools and Nursing Homes
  • Cheque Presentations
  • Staff Mobile Educational Display (but not alone)

Min Requirements to be a Level I Educator:

  • Be current financial member of PHHWV
  • Have basic understanding of horses
  • Good understanding of the organisation as a whole
  • Attended one PHHWV meeting in last 12 months
