Introducing Tucson a 17 year old , 15.1hh Paint mare.
Tucson is a resilient horse who’s been through tough times. She and her friends faced neglect and loss in their previous home, but thanks to our amazing volunteers, they’ve got a fresh start.
Here she was on arrival.Already a great improvement – thanks to the wonderful carer.
Tucson and her buddy Miffy, both Paints, are looking for a forever home where they can live out their days in peace and comfort.
Tucson has got a gentle soul and a kind heart. She’s a very under weight but improving greatly. Initial observations are that Tucson is very unsure about her world and is not predictable with handling – sadly it appears that she has not been handled well in her previous years. These lovely horses deserve a loving home where they can thrive. If you can offer Tucson a happy, stress-free life, we’d love to hear from you. Let’s give them the love and care they deserve. How to lease a horse
We do not sell horses or adopt them out, they remain a Project Hope horse. This is of great benefit to the new owner and the welfare of the horse.
