Scarlett is a 15.1hh chestnut Thoroughbred/Quarter horse x mare estimated to be 16 years old, Nice moving mare.
When she arrived, Scarlett’s background was unknown. Early observations noted assertiveness and anxiety.
But underlying there was an intelligence and willingness to learn. Scarlett spent time at Wendy’s Horsmanship & Obstacle ranch showing us what she knew about obstacles from the ground.
She then spent time witlh Brad West at Wild West Horsmanship training being assessed as a riding horse.
Scarlett spent 4 weeks with Brad where she regained her confidence under saddle and although initially a little tense, reacted well when ridden in the bush, on the road side and in the paddock with other horses.
Her current carer can no longer keep Scarlett and has made the decision to rehome her.
The carer adores Scarlett and feels very safe when riding her.
Scarlett NEEDS an experienced rider whom she can look to for guidance and assurance.
