Introducing Ted E Bear an 11-year-old, 8hh black Shetland Gelding.

Meet Ted E Bear, the larger-than-life Shetland pony with a personality that’s bigger than his mane! This lovable Shetty has been bringing joy to his current carer for 8 years, keeping her on her toes and smiling with his antics. Ted E Bear has been doing his best to keep his dear friend company in the paddock, but sadly, his buddy has crossed the rainbow bridge.
Now, Ted E Bear is looking for a new home. He cannot be on improved pastures, native grasses are likely ok, he needs friend/s, space and room to move. Mixes well with small or large horses, on native pastures or established track system. Loves to engage and be active. If you’re looking for a pony with personality who will keep you laughing and on your toes, Ted E Bear might be the perfect fit. Could you be the person to give Ted E Bear the loving home he deserves? Let’s find this little big guy his perfect match

Located in the Bass Coast Shire until 8th July then he is moving to another short term care home in the Peninsula Shire unless we find a new LTC home prior.

How to lease a horse

We do not sell horses or adopt them out, they remain a Project Hope horse. This is of great benefit to the new owner and the welfare of the horse.
